During the two hour trek through Freycinet National Park one climbs dramatic pink granite peaks, which sink into to the crystal water below before finally reaching the bright beach where sand glistens like smoothed pebbles of glass and the icy water crashes to the shore line refreshing tired feet. As you enjoy the spectacular view, the twittering of abundant birdlife carries you through to the grand mountain cliffs at the end of the bay.
